Oura asks you to approve the connection on its own site. aware never sees your Oura password, and you can revoke the connection in your Oura account whenever you want.

You are already subscribed. This only tells the group what to call you, and puts you on the roster so the next step can happen.
Your first noticing lands within a day or two, whenever your ring says something worth saying. The week arrives Monday morning. Reply to anything and the whole group sees it, because that is the point.
